colors
in art and fantasy
bringing joy to the children
and their nostalgic elders
colors
in heart
and mind
manipulating my inner self
colors
in the panicked dreams and bad trips
spinning around me
like a roller coaster ride
colors
in bright despair,
the color of a fresh cut and a candle burned away,
the colors never stop for me.
