The shadow-clad dome of Hawkmoth's lair seemed to shine over the Parasian streets. Ladybug walked slowly towards the end of the building's large roof. To her left were Queen Bee, Firefox, and Wolfshade. And to her right, Verde Turtle, Volpina, Azula and Chat Noir. Chat's bright green eyes met hers as the eight Miraculous Heroes saw the large gaping entrance to the lair open. Verde readied his twin swords, Queen Bee took her stinger blade into her hands. Volpina held her flute. Azula, her peacock fan. Firefox summoned flames into his hands and smiles at Wolfshade as she brandished her claws.
Chat Noir activated his staff and watched Ladybug spin her Yo-Yo.
"Ready, my lady?"
"Always. My kitten."
Without another word, the eight jumped from the building, into the gaping maw of the lair. Their final battle beginning.
