Laxus x Reader

Intro

LAXUS POV

I was sitting down at the bar in the guild hall, drinking a mug of beer and watching everyone around me. Natsu and Gray were arguing when Erza stepped in between the two idiots. Cana was drinking a barrel of beer next to me. Lucy, Levy, Lisanna, and Wendy were talking to each other at a table close to the bar. Gajeel was crunching on some metal while Pantherlily sharpened his axe. The old man was talking to Mirajane while Elfman ate a steak.

As I was looking around, the front doors to the guild hall opened and a girl with (h/l) (h/c) hair and sparkling (e/c) eyes walked in. She made eye contact with me and shyly walked up to me. Up close I could really get a good look at the girl. She had beautiful (s/c) skin, plump lips, long eyelashes that adorn her beautiful (e/c) eyes, and a cute face all together. She was kind of short though but it doesn't matter how tall she is because most women are shorter than me. When she walked up to me I could smell her wonderful scent. She smelt of cherries. It was such a wonderful smell. She looked at me and gave me one of the most cutest smiles I have ever seen.

"Um, do you know who I need to talk to about joining the guild?" She was so shy when she spoke. She seemed nervous, but usually people are nervous around me. They think that I'll bite their head off. "Yeah! The old man down there," I said pointing to my grandfather, "He's the master of Fairy Tail so go talk to,him." She smiled and said a quiet thank you and left to go talk to the old man.

She walked up to him and asked, "Excuse me? Are you the guild master of Fairy Tail?" She was very shy when she asked the old man the question. "I am. What could I do for you?" He's looked the girl up and down. "I would like to join Fairy Tail, please?" The old man smiled.

"What is your name, young lady?" She looked down at her feet and said, "(y/n)." "And what magic do you practice, miss (y/n)?" She smiled and looked up at the old man and said, "I use Crystal Maker Magic." The old man smiled. "Mira will you give Miss (y/n) her guild mark, please." Mirajane nodded and walked off to get the stamp. She came back and walked up to (y/n) and asked, "What color and where do you want it?"

"On my left shoulder and in (f/c)." With that Mira stamped her left shoulder and welcomed (y/n) to the guild. She smiled and jumped up and down with enthusiasm.

Natsu and Gray walked up to (y/n). "So you use maker magic?" Gray looked excited when he asked. "Yes. Crystal Maker Magic." Her voice was so smooth, like silk. "Well, Ice Freak here uses Ice Make Magic. " (y/n) looked at Gray and she looked ecstatic. "It's nice to meet another person who uses Maker Magic."

I soon saw Gajeel walk up to (y/n) and asked where she was from. "Oh! I lived in a village all the way on the other side of Fiore." Gajeel smiled his cocky grin when (y/n) said these words. "So you are from a farm?" She looked up with a confused look on her face. "Yeah... Why?" Gajeel smiled. "So you are a farm runt." He busted out laughing. (Y/n) looked so embarrassed. She looked like she would burst into tears at any minute. I stood up and walked over to the group.

"Why are you laughing at her!?" I growled as I stood behind (y/n), creating a shadow over Gajeel and (y/n). Gajeel instantly shut his mouth at the sight of me. I growled once more. "Why are you making fun of her!?" He didn't answer me. "Apologize to her right now." He looked like he was going to shit his pants. He apologized and ran away with his tail between his legs.

(Y/n) looked up at me with teary eyes. "Are you alright?" I asked. She nodded her head slowly. Natsu noticed the tears and growled. "Gajeel!! Get your ass over here so I can shove my foot up your ass!!" Natsu started to beat up Gajeel. I shook my head and let out a sigh. (Y/n) looked up at me.

I looked at her angelic face and saw how she looked at me with amazement. I turned to look away from her as soon as I felt my face heat up. She turned around to face me. "Thank you for standing up for me." She looked me in the eyes, her sparkling (e/c) eyes looked deep into my blue ones. It felt like she was looking deep into my soul. "Oh! My name is (y/n)." I smiled. "Laxus Dreyar. I am the guild master's grandson." She smiled a goofy grin and said, "So do you want to go on a mission with me because I need to get money to pay for a place to stay." I was happy that she picked me to join her on her first mission.

We soon left the guild together with quest in hand. We left Magnolia heading south by foot to a town that is requesting Fairy Tail's help.
