Ever feel,
Like people ask
Too much
Of you?
Ever feel
Like you're
doing something
Wrong?
Are you drowning
Beneath all the
Expectations
Of your Kin?
Is it too
Much to ask
For a friend
That doesn't
Wish for you to
Heed their every whim?
I have my own
Expectations of them too
But if they fail,
Their still my friends.
I do not disown
Those who have,
