Inside your head is spinning,
You have nowhere to go.
Your sleep only brings on pain,
But sleep is good, you know.

You see your darkest hour,
Played and played again,
There is nothing that will stop it,
No way it will end.

You struggle through the horror,
Of watching people you know,
Take their live in front of you,
But your soul is first to go.

You tell niine what is happening,
You just suffer through.
Just one word can save you,
Let the good dreams through.

That one word is 'help',
When you can no longer fight,
Others help us keep our goals in sight.

You may not know your purpose,
I do not yet know mine.
I know that you'll find it,
Given the proper time.

Yours peers see what's happening,
They see you dying inside.
The emotions you think you can hide,
Eating you alive.

Your dreams remain a mystery,
That you feel the need to hide.
Why won't you let soneone,
On the inside?

Silence is a virtue,
But not when it's a lie.
Let out your inner lion,
That needs to be let out.

Your fears that plague your sleep,
Will not be ignored.
Do not let them take over,
What happened while you snored.

Let those feelings out,
They want only to be heard.
Once you get some closure,
You can move on again.
