Dan's POV
"I'm pregnant", Papa blurted.
"Congratulations", Phil shouted.
"I'm going to have a younger sibling?" I asked.
"You will", Dad smirked at Chris' crotch.
Gross. I don't need the image of them having sex.
"Have you thought about names for your baby?" Dad asked me.
"Mason Royal Howell", Phil smiled at me.
I could see so much love in his eyes. That is when I realized this is the perfect time.
"I actually have something to say", I sighed.
I grabbed Phil's hand and turned him to face me.
"I love you. You are always scared. You always will be. You are scared I will hurt you. You are scared I will leave like your mom. I would never. You say I could have anyone. Any one one could make my night... But you... You make my life", I took a deep breath.
I got down on one knee. Phil gasped.
"I am just tying my shoe", I said and tied my shoelace.
"Oh", Phil frowned.
"And then I will pull this out of my pocket", I said.
I brought a red velvet box out of my pocket.
"Will you, Phillip Michael Lester, marry me, Daniel James Howell?" I asked.
He stared at me and let the tears fall down his face a little longer before he said the single best word in the English language.
"Yes."
