Lately I've been putting the pen to this paper more often than the blade to my skin.

Maybe this is helping me.

Or maybe it's become my new way of torturing myself.

My therapist likes that I'm writing.

She says it is a good use of my energy.

She says that it is a positive way to express myself.

I don't care what she says.

I still feel like shit.
