They were her favorite things on the planet, better than the magic that pulsed through all Lancaster veins, except her dear children's father. He was a muggle, one he found out what the Grecian was, her reported her to muggle police. They thought he was crazy, they knew he was crazy. "There's no such thing as magic." They'd tell him, he shocked himself into insanity and finally to death.
While Arthur Lancaster had been falsely accused of insanity and grew into it, the Longbottems were never falsely accused.
