I woke up and i remember seeing my mom standing over me 

''She's Awake'' She said 

''W-where am i'' I asked 

''Your in hospital sweetie'' She said 

''Why am i here'' I asked 

''You..You tried to kill yourself'' She said 

''No i didn't stop lying'' I said 

''I'm not'' She said then it all started coming back i remember the knife and the tablets 

''When did you find me'' I asked 

''I came home early because i got a call from school to say that you were after leaving and i found you in the bathroom'' She said begining to cry

''I'm sorry'' I said 

I started crying i realised what i had tried to do and i looked at my mom she was now in tears

''Can i ask you something'' She said 

''What'' I replied 

''Why..why did you want to do it is it my fault'' She said 

''Its NOT your fault'' I said 

''So why'd you cut yourself'' She asked 

''I'm being bullied and i couldnt handle it i've been cutting for a long while' I said 

''How long'' She asked 

''I dont know'' I replied 

Then i saw someone walk into the room it cant be him i thouht to myself 

''Hello Alex'' He said 

''Dad'' I replied 

''Yes honey'' He replied 

''GET AWAY'' I screamed i started crying 

''Go away i dont want you here'' I screamed 

He was made leave 

''What about X-Factor'' I said 

''I think you'll have to quit'' My mom said 

''NO'' I screamed 

A while later someone walked in the door.It was Demi 

''Hello'' She said 

''Demi your here'' I said 

''Yes.. I'm so glad your okay'' She said giving me a hug

''I didn't know you felt this bad'' She said 

''How'd you know'' I asked her 

''Your mom called me'' She said 

''I was so worried when she told me what you had done'' She said 

Don't worry About me and i'll be back practising tomorrow'' I said

''You have to stay here for a few days'' She said 

''But what about the show'' I asked her 

''I know you really care about the show but at the moment the most important thing is you getting better and the help you need'' She said 

''Really'' I asked

''Yes'' She replied

''Okay'' I said 

''What are you going to say on saturday'' I asked 

''It's up to you'' She said 

''Do you want me to tell them and everybody watching what happened'' She said 

''Yes'' I replied 

''Are you sure'' She asked

''Yes'' I replied 

A while later Demi had to leave 

*A few days later* 

It was saturday and i was still stuck in hospital.I turned on the tv to watch X-factor.

''Hello and welcome to the show'' Mario Lopez Said

''Tonight we are thinking of one of our contestants'' Khloe Kardashian

''Yes we will have more on that later in the show'' Mario Said 

After a few of the contestants had sang it was the time that i was supposed to go on .

''Alex Is unfortuatly not with us tonight'' Mario said 

''Demi would you like to tell us'' Khloe said 

''Before i say anything i have talked to Alex to make sure i can say this i have told none of the other judges yet'' Demi Said 

''Alex tried to commit suicide a few days ago...'' She said 

The other Judges looked shocked even Simon

''She is doing  well at the moment and i know she's watching tonight so Alex Stay Strong..You can get through this'' She said 

''Get well soon Alex'' Simon said i could see he was tearing up..over me 

''She will be back with us as soon as she can'' Demi said you could see the tears in her eyes 

''Stay strongAlex we love you'' Khloe said and they continued on with the show
