This is my oc before she falls into the underground (or any fandom for that matter! XD). The back of her head has the face of one of the monsters that were killed for her to be made. She doesn't like to be in this form tho. It reminds her that innocent monsters where killed just to bring her to life, she feels responsible for their deaths.
