When you have to keep taking your headphones out for someone to say one sentence, stop for 10 seconds, and then say another sentence.
After awhile you just get tired of having to keep taking your headphones out to hear them and you just leave them in and nod. (Yeah, I know you do that)
Then they ask a question and you're all like UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.
