God glanced down at the people he'd made
And swore that if they didn't behave
He'd make the lot of 'em go to hell
The priest and nuns and monks as well
Then he saw a gay couple
being married in a church
And said to his mother,
"This makes my stomach lurch!"
Mary looked down
Just smiled and said
"Would you rather that they
Just dropped down dead?"
God thought for a moment
And then told her "No,
It's actually quite a pure
Love that they show . . ."
Then he smiled
And decided
Love was good
No matter how presented
