Our Last Days

Chapter Fourteen

"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Itachi asked with worry. "You can stay with me if you want."

"We'll be fine. Don't worry." I responded.

Maybe we should stay with Itachi for a while.

"Sasuke, let's stay with Itachi for a bit. I would be better for the both of us to have a legal adult around." Naruto suggested tugging on my shirt. I turned to him and looked into his Safire eyes. I smiled and pet his head.

"Whatever makes you feel safer blondie." I said. I turned to my big brother. "We'll stay for a bit." I said. He hugged me.

"I think that's the best thing right now for you and Naruto." Itachi said. I looked at the side of his face and noticed that he gestured for Naruto to get in on the hug. "Come here Naruto." Naruto joined in the hug.

The love of my life and my dear brother in my arms. I want to cry because I'm so over joyed.

"Let me go pack Sasuke." Naruto said as Itachi released us. I looked up at him and smiled as he took my hand into his.  I held it tightly. He lead me to his room so he could pack. Once we we're in the room he hugged me so tight.

"What is this for?" I asked putting my face in his blonde hair and smelling his sweet sent.

"I'm just so happy that your brother let us stay with him." He responded looking up at me. He got on his tippy-toes to kiss me deeply. I hugged his waist as he wrapped his arms around my neck. We parted from the kiss and just looked at one another.

"I love you Naruto." I said. He cuddled into my chest as I pet his head.

"I love you too." He said. "Okay, new let me pack so we don't keep your brother waiting too much longer." He said and got a suitcase out. After he packed we went along with Itachi to get my things. After we had all of our things we set off for Itachi's place.

This will be good for us. Having Itachi around will help set Naruto and I straight.
