Mina's POV

I hate this misunderstanding between me and Mira. I am just protecting her because I don't want her to be hurt but she sees it other way. Or I am just over protective now? But I know, I can't see anything wrong with my way of protecting her. Si Mira na lang ang natitirang ala-ala nila Mama at Papa sa'kin kaya ganun ako sa kanya. But then again, she would misunderstood my actions.

Kahapon, dumaan kami sa Shangri-La Plaza Mall and we went pass by a Tiffany and Co boutique. I saw one set of inifinity neklace and bracelet. It has a very simpleyet elegant design kaya naisip kong bilhan si Mira, as an apology gift for her.

Pag-kauwi ko, dumiretso na ako sa kwarto niya. I knocked at her door, knowing that she always locks it, "Mira?"

I heard her footsteps and the door opened, "Bakit?"

"Can I come in?"

Hindi siya sumagot pero niluwagan niya ang bukas ng pinto. That's my cue to go inside. Nakita kong may mga libro na nasa kama niya. Another thing that I am proud of her, she's studious and very smart. One thing I think that she got from our Dad.

"Hindi naman ako mag-tatagal," panimula ko at inabot sa kanya ang paper bag na hawak ko, "Here. My gift for you."

She reluctantly accept it, "Gift? Anong meron?"

"An apology gift, to be precise. I just want to apologize for whatever issue that has been around us."

"Hindi mo naman kailangan mag-sorry. I just don't understand why you would always interfere."

"I'm just being protective, I guess."

"Pero sumusobra na Ate. Pag-pasesyensyahan mo na rin ako kung minsan, nasasagot kita."

"Okay."

Tinaas niya yung paper bag at ngumiti, "Thank you for this. I'll wear it."

"Sure thing." I said and went out of the room.

Mira's POV

I feel great today lalo na ngayon at nag-kaayos na kami ni Ate. Though, alam kong hindi pa rin nababago ang tingin niya sa mga bagay-bagay. I wore the necklace and bracelet that she gave to me. It has a very simple design at sa tingin ko, hindi naman siya ganun mapapansin.
