"Katie, I'm home! Ryan's at Graham's house," I yelled.
"Hi, Mom! Can I ask you for some advice?" Katie asked.
"Sure, Katie-Kate. Let's go into my room and we can sit on the bed and chat."
IN THE ROOM...
"So, what advice did you want?" I asked.
"Well... Annie's been acting different. I really don't like the way she's been asking. I told her how I've been feeling earlier and she totally disagreed with me." Katie seemed really concerned.
"Well, how do you think she's been acting?" I wondered.
"Oh, well..."
Katie told me about how Annie's been acting.
"Well, sweetie, I'm the mom here. If you want, I could talk to Miss Katie and-"
"NO! Mom, I don't want Annie to know that we talked about this," Katie interrupted.
"Well, I don't really know what else to do. You'll have to solve this yourselves.
