Ok so it has been brought to my attention, and many other black wattpad members and authors, that the overwhelming amount of completely white casted books on wattpad are outnumbering our books, whether it be on the What's Hot List or the What's New List, you probably never see any books containing poc characters unless they are stereotypical as hell, e.g the token black friend, the lgbtqa+ latinx friend who is stereotypical etc.

And I know most of y'all probably can't even relate to "staring at my average blue eyes, pale skin, blonde hair and slim body with curves in all the right places in the mirror" or "placing my long, straight, brown hair into a messy bun" (unless ya girl got inches) right!

With this in mind, people usually just read these books instead of looking for books that relate to their race, cause let's face it we are all some lazy motherfuckers (at least I am...well was because now I only read black books). And then the books with actual black people in them get no recognition even though most of them are amazing af and the grammar oh my! But because not a lot of people would actually sit down and read a book about black love and instead read about lucy mae and john, this book here is to make you acknowledge these wonderful books.

This book right here that you are reading at this moment is going to be your safe haven, the place where you'll find books with black love, books who portray your culture the right way (i mean what's up with everyone saying they sit indian style???) and books that just are not repetitive as fuck with the badboys, billionaires, nerds and good girls, ya feel? (Not that I have anything against billionaire books because I mean, who wouldn't want a wealthy man to sweep them off their feet and love/marry them??? I WOULD)
