After a week had passed naruto and taunade stood face to face.

"Good luck," tsunade said.

"Sorry tsunade but naruto had you beat since the begining," then naruto formed a perfect rasengun.

"You , I was tricked." Tsunade said.

"And your the next hokage and you already have a meeting," naruto said and yugito stepped forward handing her a letter.

"Keep it let's head back to the leaf,"she said telling her assistant to go ahead.

"Boy take this neckless and keep it safe," she said then left with naruto trailing.

~two days later~

They finally arrived at the leaf they were greeted by hundreds of people. They were celebrating and happy, all except saskue who was scouling at them. They walked all the way to the hokage tower then they people started disapering. They walked in and the council was there. Naruto took his seat getting glares from the civilians side.

"OK we have many matters to address, first is from the civilian council," tsunade said. Haruno stood up and began screeching.

"Saskue deserves all of narutos contracts and belongings," she yelled. " that demon." She fell dead to naruto piercing her heart with his hand.

"You murderer," yelled a council member.

"Wrong," hiashi said. "The third might be dead but his law is not,"

"Ok next is brought to us by naruto," she said getting frustrated.

"I would like to have the Uchia desolve into the uzamki clan," naruto said that started a uproar until tsunade calmed them down. "He read this shikaku." Naruto said handing him a old book. He began reading then went to turn the page, when he received a shock.

"Sorry," naruto said turning the page. After he finished naruto closed the book.

"It appears that the Uchia are the desendents of the uzamki," he said.

"All in favor?" Tsunade said. All except the civilian side raised there hand. "It is decided." She said then signed a paper.

"The next part," she said.

"I would like to reopen the police, with saskue as the chief and his line following it," naruto said.

"All in favor?" Tsunade said. Everyone raised there hands.

"Lastly we received news from kumo," she said pulling it the letter than began reading it. "We have sent this leader to warn you of war, we were asked by Kiri to fight you, we refused not wanting another war. We hope this information is useful, sincerely rakakage." A uproar began.

"Shut up!" She said forming a tick mark. "We will prepare for war but nothing else, we do not known if this is real. Your all dismissed." She then left followed by the rest of the council. Naruto went to the Uchia compound. Where he saw saskie training.

"Hey saskue," naruto said.

"Hn" He said.

"I came to tell you that the uchia is being desolved into the uzamki," naruto said and received glares from saskue.

"Why would I!?" He said angrily.

"Well you will get a summoning contract, a vote in the council, be part of the richest clan, and become the police chief," naruto said getting saskues attention. "Beside with our training style you'll be stronger than your brother was." (Ataski doesn't exist, clan was killed for same reason the he killed himself)
