Today is the day

It's finally Saturday and I get to hang out with karter. Maybe today I will find out if she really wants to know me more. Today is the day where everything starts.

Stacey and karter talking on FaceTime.
Me:"I don't even know what to wear."
Stacey:"is it a date or is it just two friends?"
"Just two friends."
Stac:"does he know that?"
"I don't really know but we'll see."
Stac:"alright but I gotta go girl talk to you later."
"Kay bye."

I finally get to Jamie's house and I go to the door and ring the door bell.
***His brother opens the door***
Jessie:"you must be karter."
"Yes and you must be Jessie."
Jessie:"you ma'am are correct, come in the little princess is still getting ready."
**i give a little chuckle and go in**
"So how do you guys like it here so far?"
Jessie:"we like, jay really likes it."
"Jay? Is that what you call him?"
Jessie:"yea. Don't tell him you know he's gonna hate me for the rest of our lives."
"Your secret is safe with me."
About 5 minutes go by and Jamie finally comes out.
Jamie:"hey I'm sorry we're you waiting long?"
"No not at all your fine."
Jessie:"you should learn to never keep a girl waiting......Jay."
Jay:"well I have to look my best........Jess. We are going in public you now."
I was just standing there letting this little brotherly thing go by.
Me:"so I think we'll be going now."
Jay:"that's a very good idea."
Jess:"don't forget your curfew."
Jay:"don't have one."
Jess"now you do 10 o clock."
Jay:"you suck."
Jess:"you better go your wasting time."
***we go to dinner at chilis and we seat ourselves***
"So Jamie how do you like it here?"
Jamie:"I like it the people here are different though."
"Oh how so?"
Jamie:"uhm people here are what you say enthusiastic and where we came from they were always in some kind of bad mood."
"That must have sucked."
Jamie:"it did you might not think strangers mood affects you but it really does."
Our waiter finally comes to take our order after like 30minutes. I order a Cesar salad because I'm a vegetarian and Jamie orders sliders with fries.
"So do you like anyone at school yet?"
Jamie:"no one has caught my eye yet." Which was a lie he liked her.
"One of these days maybe."
Jamie:"maybe.What about you do you have a long time crush?"
"No way I grew up with half of the guys here I would never like any of them."
Jamie:"ahh so you want fresh faces?"
"Yeah fresh faces."
***jamie was hoping she liked him***
After we got our food we devoured it because we were so hungry and we went to explore.
"So we have about two hours left do you wanna go see a movie?"
Jamie:"uhm I'm not really feelin a movie right now."
"Alright what do you wanna do?"
Jamie:"me and Jessie found this place that's really cool come on I'll show you."
"Okay your not going to take me to the middle of nowhere right?"
Jamie:"right."
We start going to where ever he wants to take me.
Jamie:"turn left here."
"Jamie."
Jamie:"yeah."
"This kinda looks like the middle of nowhere to me."
Jamie:"well your gonna love it in a little bit so just keep going."
We get there and were on some kind of hill through the forest and we can see the lights of the city.
"You and Jessie found this place?"
Jamie:"yeah beautiful right?"
"Yeah. I could stay up here for hours."
Jamie:"This is a perfect way for the night to end."
"Thank you. I've lived here my whole life and I never knew how beautiful it could be."
Jamie:"no problem if you ever need an adventure just come to me."
"I will."
We both smiled and looked at the city and the cars.
Me:"where do you think their going?"
Jamie:"I don't know probably home or to see family."
"Why would they see family this late?"
Jamie:"you never know when the last time you'll see them is so its better to get all the time you need."
We both look back at the colors and were memorized by the beauty.
**we look at the time on our phone and it's 11 already**
Jamie:"Crap Jessie is gonna kill me we have to go."
"Oh sorry I lost track of time."
Jamie:"it's not your fault."
We get to his house and i walk him to the door.
Jamie:"so I had fun tonight getting to know you better."
"Me too."
Jamie:"maybe we can do it again sometime."
"Uhm yeah maybe."
Jamie:"have a goodnight karter I'll see you on Monday." Then we hug and go our separate ways.
I get in my car and start it.
"What have I done?" I ask myself.
"Do I really want him or is it the way he looks or both?"
"I need to put myself in check,come on karter."
I get home and my mom is already sleep so I do the same.

Jessie:"why are you late?"
Jamie:"I didn't mean to be we were at the hill."
That's what Jamie and Jessie decided to call that place since there was no sign.
Jessie:"well next time don't go because your late."
Jay:"sorry I won't do it again."
Jessie:"just go to bed ill talk to you in the morning."
