You heard me.
Now, I will say, our Ned boy loves to swim.
Splashing around, plunging his head down into the water hunting the elusive minnow, he loves all of it. Not the most graceful swimmer (keep your distance or you'll get bruises) but he's good company in the lake.
The problem evidently is the slurping noise that's made when the water is draining out of the tub is apparently quite upsetting.
Just leave the bathroom dude! Instead my big hairy friend paced anxiously, yawning away, as though his now 135lb bulk was going to be sucked down the drain with the water. That or he was going to have to deal with the monster that came up out of the drain.
That said, if you should ever find yourself in need of a shower at our house, be sure to shut the door tight behind you. If you don't, don't be surprised if someone licks the back of your knee while you wash.
