A Love Like No Other

Chapter 5

----Shino's P.O.V.----
I woke up this morning thinking about how fun the quest me, suguha, and kazuto went on, we got new, legendary weapons, seeing kazuto fight like that....could he protect me in real life like that? Would he try his hardest to protect me?, I hope so... I don't know if I can do this anymore, I wanna be with kazuto...but he has Asuna, he doesn't need my love and he never will, I'm gonna see if he can hang out at the park or walk around town or something

Shino-Hey you wanna hang out?
Kazuto-Sure, Asunas here though, it okay if she tags along?
Shino- Yea
Kazuto-Okay cool, where at?
Shino-Just the park
Kazuto-Okay, see you when we get there

I didn't reply to his last text, Asuna was gonna be there, what did I expect? Us to be alone....of course not.

----Kazuto's P.O.V.----

"Who ya texting?" Asuna asked, "oh, just shino, she asked if I wanted to hang out, I told her you'd be tagging along, unless you don't want to, then that's fine", "I do" she smiled, "okay, awesome, I'm sure it'll be fun" I smiled back

---at the park---

I saw shino sitting on a bench, "hey shino" I said, "its been a little while since we've talked, huh shino?", "I guess it has haha" she smiled
"So, what did you wanna do shino?" I asked, "oh, just hang out and talk is all", "okay" I said
"So how have you too been?" She asked the two of us, "like, relationship wise? Or just in general?" I said curiously, "both", "our relationship has been good and I've been doing great" she smiled, "yea, same here" I also smiled
Shino looked sad, I guess Asuna didn't notice it, "hey shino, are you okay? You look sad"
"I'm fine" she looked down, "are you sure?", I saw tears rolling down her cheeks, "shino why are you crying?, are you okay?", "yea... Just my thoughts getting the best of me" she smiled, still tears rolling down her cheeks, "I'm sorry, I know this is a bad time but I need to get home, its almost 6:00, Kazuto, can you take me home then you can come back here and hang out with shink?" She asked in a hurry, "yea, sure" I said as I grabbed the keys to my motorcycle out of my jacket pocket
"Shini, I'll be back in a few minutes", "okay" she said with a sad tone in her voice
After I drove asuna home I went back to the park, "hey shino, I'm back" I smiled, she looked at Mme and smiled "hey kazuto" she had dried tears on her face, "shino, tell me what was wrong earlier", "just, seeing you and asuna together, y'all are so happy together and just my feelings for you..." She said looking down, "shino....I'm sorry, u never know what the future holds, okay? You might get what you want, you might not, you'll just have to wait and see", "I know, I wish I didn't have to wait" she said with a sad look on her face
"I know, I'm sorry" I pulled her into a hug "it'll be okay though, don't worry" I smiled
She started softly crying "come on think, I should probably get you home, its getting dark and its supposed to storm tonight"
"Okay"
We got on my motorcycle and she out her arms around me.....to be honest, I liked it...is that wrong to say?....it is, I'm with asuna but ever since I met shino in GGO I knew there's was something that I liked about her....and then in the cave... I think that's when I truly started developing feelings for her, I love everything about her, she's nice, and mean when she has to be, she's sweet, heh she's shy, she has a nice body (there's always those sexual thoughts in a mans mind) and she's gorgeous, everything I could ask for, I don't know what to do, I don't wanna leave asuna because of all that we've been through together and I do still love her but Shino....
Before I knew it we were at shino's apartment

----shino's P.O.V.----

We were already at my apartment, I got off his motorcycle and so did he "what are you doing Kazuto?"
"Just gonna walk you to your apartment" he smiled, "oh, okay" I smiled back, he walked me to the door and I got my key card out and unlocked my door, "bye kazuto" I waved, "wait, shino, I need to tell you something that I think you should know..."
"What is it kazuto?" I tilted my head a little, "i-i think I'm starting to have feelings for you, well, I've been having feelings for you I just pushed it to the back of my mind cause I'm with asuna"
"How long have you had feelings for me?..." I said with a slight smile, "ever since we were in that cave together in GGO" he smiled a bit
"Oh....I never thought that you'd have those types of feelings for me" I smiled, then jumped and hugged him
"Okay kazuto, I'll see you later" I kind of winked at him, he laughed "okay, see you later shino" he had a big smile on his face

A/N: sorry I took a while to update, I wasn't feeling good when I was supposed to update and then the next day I went fishing with my brothers and dad and the place we went fishing is an hour and 30 minute drive and we left at 10:30 and stopped at McDonalds which was another 10 or 15 minutes and a few more stops to drop my clusins off (forgot to mention them) we didn't get back until 2:00AM and I was exhausted and crashed right wen we got home, sorry if I'm rushing with this chapter, I couldn't think of anything else and I already have most of this story planned out and never thought about the parts where kazuto is still with asuna, anyways I hope you enjoyed and I'll see you guys in the next chapter, byyye (^～^)
