How to write good poetry.

Never give up

While composing it is very wise to keep an open mind. Try to write just for the purpose of building your skills. Never write just for the comments: if someone likes your poem, fine; if they don't, you just have to work on flaws. Never give up because you've not become a popular poet yet. Write because you enjoy writing; not because you want people to see your works.
