Ch 14

4 months!

Lukes P.O.V

"Luke you're bleeding?"

I looked down and saw a blooded patch on my pants.
I held onto my belly as Ashton helped me to his car.
Everything felt like white noise.
I could see Ashton talking, but I can't hear him.
I saw him mouth, "it's going to be okay."
Will the babies be okay.
I continuously rubbed my bump as I repeatedly said. "Please be okay. Please be okay. Please be okay."
I could feel the tears falling down my cheeks as I continued to worry.
When we got to the hospital, Ashton carried me in.
Many nurses say and ran over to me with a stretcher.
They put a gas mask over my mouth as I began to lose consciousness...

When I woke up everything was blurry.
I could hear the monitor beep every very few seconds.

I look over to see my dads and Ashton.
"Hey Lukey." My dad (Jack) whispered.
I went to talk but my throat was dry.
I pointed at my neck to show them I was thirsty.

"Aha!" Dad said as he went to the bathroom and got me a cup of water.
When he gave me the cup I was quick to chug it.

"Are the babies okay" I chocked out.
My dad smiled.

"The babies are fine. Just had a little scare that's all." He reassured me.
Ashton came over to the other side of my bed.
"Luke I'm sorry we fought. It was a stupid argument that I shouldn't have started. I love you and these babies with all my heart and I don't regret a single thing. What I said before was a mistake and I will make sure those words never come out of my mouth again." He kissed my hand. "The little ones are perfectly fine and their staying warm in your tummy." He smiled.
I couldn't help but laugh.
A few more minutes later, the doctor comes in.
"Hello! I'm guessing your all wondering what happened to Luke yes?"
We all nodded.
The doctor pulled out the ultra sound machine and put some gel on my exposed bump.
"Everything looks perfectly fine. Luke were you stressed at all recently."
"Y-yeah I was."
"I guess the babies were giving you a little warning and to cut it out." He laughed. "But seriously, try to stay stress free as possible. I know it's hard being your age and pregnant with twins. But at the least, try to relax as much as possible."
I nodded and cleaned up.
I was pretty quick with getting changed into my clothes.
On our way home it was completely silent.
No one wanted to speak. It was only Ash and I in the car.
When we got home, my dads were already here.
I went to go open up the door, but Ashton beat me to it.
He helped me out of the car. I then yelped when he picked me up bridal style, bringing me into the house.
When Ashton brought me to the couch, he immediately cuddled into me.
My dads came into the room and settled themselves into the couch as well
"While Jack and I were coming home, we thought we would make some statements." My dad scolded. "Luke you need to take it easy with the schooling. You're already ahead of your curriculum so you can take a few days off to relax." He then pointed to Ashton. "You need to talk to your mother. It's obvious that you both need each other. Especially right now."
Ashton was confused.
"Like right now?" He asked.
Both of my dads nodded.
"Cmon buddy lets get into the car." Dad (Alex) said as he grabbed Ashton.
When they left my dad(Jack) came over to me.
He wanted me to cuddle with him.
It didn't feel awkward at all really.
"You know I'm proud of you right?" He spoke first.
I looked up. "Why?"
He sighed."Luke you could've easily gotten an abortion or put the babies up for adoption. But your being responsible and keeping them. Yeah you're a bit too young, but it's okay. Honestly if your father was able to get pregnant, we would've had kids at 17." He laughed. "I'm glad he didn't though. Because we have you, Ashton, and two little babies that you won't tell the gender."
I chuckled. "Thanks dad. I'm sorry this happened while I was still young. And I'm not telling you the genders."
He then hugged me and kissed the top of my head.
"I guess it's either now or never."
A few more minutes of talking my dad got a call.
"Hello?"
....
"Uh yeah this is him."
...
"Oh god. I'm heading there now."
He hung up the phone.
"Luke cmon we have to get to the hospital."
I got up as fast as I could.
"What happened?" I asked.

"Alex and Ashton got in a car accident."
