yeah, i taught him how to summon them not long ago. it was difficult at first, though. you gotta be pretty mad to actually use em. pap never really gets mad, except when i tell puns, so that's exactly what i did.
Papyrus:
HE TOLD SO MANY BAD PUNS, I SUMMONED THEM WITH NO PROBLEM! THEY LOOK SO COOL!
