Chapter 37: Warnings

Jazmyn POV:

Staring back at this strangely familiar creature, I studied him. He looked a bit different than my big brother. He had different tattoos; he had Crypt ones. His face was identical to Jason's, but a bit thinner and younger looking. I was speechless. Maybe I had a cousin that I didn't know about or another relative. I was so confused. Looking at Andrew for reassurance, he only  excused himself making matters worse. Breaking the awkwardness, this guy spoke.

Justin=normal

Jazmyn=bold

"Hi, Jazmyn. It's been a long time. You've grown up so fast." This mysterious guy spoke like I knew him. I had no idea who he was or what his motives were.

"Who are you?" I spoke with an attitude.

"I'm Justin. Justin McCaan."

"What?" I said looking confused.

"I'm your big brother. It's nice to finally meet you."

"You're not my brother!" I yelled.

"I am." He spoke calmly.

"I only have one brother and that is Jason McCaan. Is this some kind of twisted joke?" I spat with disgust.

"No it isn't. Let me explain." He sighed growing slightly irritated.

"I don't want you to. Leave me the fuck alone." I screamed.

"Language!" He scolded.

"What the fuck are you going to do about it?" I questioned wondering how long it would take him to snap.

"That's it!" He yelled as he threw me over his shoulders and set me in his room, locking the door.

"If you talk with disrespect, one more time it won't be pretty." He spat causing me to shake and cry.

"Hey. I'm not going to hurt you princess." He whispered as he cuddled me. It only made me cry harder, because he reminded me of Jason in so many ways. His hands wiped the tears from my eyes as he kissed my forehead.

"I'm sorry I snapped at you. I didn't mean to. It's just that I've been kidnapped and now I just found out I have another brother. Its just overwhelming."

"Don't apologise baby girl. We won't hurt you. I just want what is best for you. Jason is dangerous and now that he is working with Kyle your life could have been in danger....But we saved you." Justin shushed me as I cried more.

"What do you mean Jason is dangerous?"

"Jason and I are identical twins. I was born a few minutes later than him. When we were younger, Jason and I would fight a lot. He hated me and blamed me for burning the house down one day, when it was him. Mom and dad had enough of my antics and put me in the foster care system. Jason somehow convinced him that I'm the bad one. I was never allowed to see you guys again. I eventually learned how to fight in order to survive and became the toughest person who won the respect of many gang leaders. I eventually became tough enough and met Andrew. He took care of me and let me join his gang. Andrew and I later left and created our own gang, "The Crypts". I was going to reach out to you Jazmyn , but I feared for your safety. Jason thinks that Andrew is the head gang leader of "The Crypts", but it is actually me. I let Andrew tell people that he is the head gang leader, so if he is targeted I will be safe. We have a lot of enemies and Jason is one of them. He is cruel and has killed so many people. Now that he is joining up with Kyle, they will be unstoppable. I don't want you to get hurt. I'm here to protect you. Stay here with us for a week and if you like it here, I want you to live with me from now on. I can take care of you. I love you so much princess."

"Jason loves me. He has never hurt me and was always there when I needed him the most. You were never there. I just don't see him as dangerous."

"Baby girl you are oblivious. I know I wasn't there, but I'm here now... I can protect you. He can't. Just give me a chance."

"Fine, Justin." I spoke as I wrapped my arms around him.

"I love you!" Jason whispered in my ear.

"I love you too!" I smiled back.

"I better not see you fooling around with Andrew, or there will be consequences."  Justin frowned as he left the room. I knew I wouldn't be listening to his warning.
