Tobirama was out for a walk around konoha village since he couldn't sleep when he was passing one of the training grounds he was attacked by an unknown entity <look in the chapter to find out what happened> it was a team that found him in the morning since they use that training ground they took him to the hospital and told the hokage <hashirama> on what happen to tobirama it is a week later that tobirama wakes up and they find out his wounds were more Serious than they thought .
