(I'm not going to put the first part like I do with a part 2 from the first book because you read that just yesterday)

"Hey, you alright?" Theo's voice rang out in the clinic.

You got up off the floor quickly, wiping your face. "Theo, what are you doing here?"

"Are you crying?" he asks, coming over to you. His hands found your face, wiping the tears away. "Why are you crying?"

"Stiles and I had a fight." You said, avoiding his eyes.

You looked up at him, his eyes looking into yours. And then he started to lean in. You tried to move your face but his hands held you there.

"Theo," you said, moving your lips. "Stop."

You backed away from him. "You're still in love with him? After what he did?"

You furrowed your eyebrows, looking at Theo, who's eyes are shining with anger.

"I was there for you," he says softly, coming over to you. "I told you about him. I did everything I could to get you away from him and you're still running to him."

"Wait, you did what? You did everything you could to get me away?" you asked, thinking back to your conversation with Stiles. "You lied to me, didn't you? Stiles didn't kill Donovan the way you told me, did he?"

He looked up at you, a smirk playing on his face. "You're a smart girl."

Regret spread through you, making you feel horrible. You just broke Stiles' heart.

"You're a real asshole, Theo," you shook your head, turning towards the door. "Tell Deaton I'm sorry, I have to go."

You turned and ran out the door, grabbing your bike. You shivered as you petaled to Stiles' house. You jumped off your bike, letting it fall on the lawn.

You knocked on the door, pacing around the porch. The door opened, revealing a dry Stiles.

"I'm sorry," you said, flinging your arms around his neck, hugging him tightly. "I believe you, I believe you."

His arms slowly wrapped around your torso, his face in your neck.

You pulled back, looking into his eyes. "Theo told me what happened and I knew I shouldn't have believed him, I'm sorry."

"What were you doing with Theo?" He asks.

"He came over, and he was at the animal clinic."

"Is that why you were crying?" He asks, his hands on your face.

"No," you shook your head in his hands. "I was crying because I thought I lost you."

"No, no," he says, smiling softly. "I'm not going anywhere."

You stood up and pressed your lips against his. His arms wrapped fully around you, his lips moving against yours perfectly.

You pulled back, a question burning in the back of your brain. "Can you tell me what really happened?"

"Yeah." He says, taking your hand.
