"Fine, leave then!" You screamed at your boyfriend, tears running down your face.

"Y/n, I didn't mean it like that-"

"You have lied so many times!" you said, pacing around the room. "You knew how Allison died, how she really died, and you didn't tell me, Stiles! Scott held her as she died."

He reached out to you but you pushed him away, putting a piece of hair behind your ear.

"Y/n-"

"No, I'm done," you cried. "You said that Scott and Allison were together and two guys wearing a mask tried to steal their car and one of them stabbed Allison."

"Because that's what happened."

"That is not what happened!" you yelled. "I walked into that police station to hear that my best friend was dead."

"Y/n, I-"

The door was closing behind you before he could finish.

Stiles' POV

I sat on the bed, holding my head in my hands.

I tried to shake it off. It was just a fight. We've had fights before.

My phone buzzed on the table as I reached across, grabbing it.

Dad: Meet me at the hospital in 20

I left in my jeep, the silence surrounding me was almost deafening.

I pulled into the hospital, finding my Dad at the front.

"Hey." He said before turning and going to the elevator.

I followed him, standing beside him. He looked outside the elevator before letting the doors close.

"Where's y/n?"

I looked away. "What are you talking about?"

"She's always by your side."

"Not anymore."

"What?"

"She found out that I lied about Allison's death," I said to my dad. "I don't know how, but she found out."

"Stiles, you love that girl like I loved your mother," my dad said, putting a hand on my shoulder. "And when you love someone like that, you don't give up on them."

I got off the elevator and ran back downstairs to my jeep before racing to her house.

My dad was right, I couldn't live without her.

Your POV

You sat on the couch, wrapped up in my pile of blankets, sorting through DVD's to find a movie to watch.

You blinked away the tears, struggling to see the covers of the DVDs.

A knock on the door pulls you from my thoughts. You open the door, seeing Stiles standing there.

"You don't get to stand there and contradict my actions," he says out of breath. "Because I did what I had to do."

"When I walked into that police station, I lost a best friend too," he says. "And you don't get to tell me what I did was wrong. Allison Argent died protecting her friends and that's how she'll always be remembered. Because we know that and that's all that matters."

You wiped the tears from your cheek, smiling softly at Stiles. "I'm sorry."

"I know that you miss Allison," he said, putting his hands on your face. "We all miss Allison, but what she did, it was right and living like this is the only way we can keep the people of Beacon Hills safe."

You nodded in his hands, leaning up to kiss him softly.

"I love you and I thought with not telling you, I was keeping you safe."

"I love you too, Stiles."
