4. Unbelievable

I gasped awake as I took in short quick breaths as I looked around and I didn't know where I was until Klaus came running in my breaths became more stable after I saw him walk in

"Hey it's ok" he said

"Where am I?" I asked

"My family's mansion" he explained and I nodded before realization hit me that Esther made Finn snap my neck

"That bitch" I hissed and Klaus looked at me weird "your mother broke my neck! I didn't even do anything!" I yelled

"Hey calm down" he soothed and I stood up

"I have to go. I have to make sure Damon is ok" I said rushing out the bedroom door

"Jasmine!" He called after me as I ran faster down the steps but I missed one and started falling I braced myself for the floor but instead got two warm arms wrapped around me

When I opened my eyes I saw that it was Kol who had caught me "carful darling" he said quietly as he helped me stand up

I looked down blushing "thanks I must go though" I said running out the door and getting into my car that was still there from last night and I went straight to the boarding house

I went to a room there that has some of my clothes and changed out of my dress I'm not really a big fan of shorts so I wear skinny jeans a lot but anyway when I went to Damon's room his door was locked so I knocked on the door

"Ya?" He called from inside

"Just making sure you were ok" I said back to him before leaving his door and then realizing that I left my phone at the Mikaelsons so I decided to go back to the house

When I walked in Klaus and Kol were just leaving "yes go the house has enough boys rolling around in it" Rebekah said to them as I walked through the front door to see Klaus I smiled at him while he waited for Kol

"Just like you Bekah" Kol said making Rebekah mad as she threw her shoe at them

"Good riddance both of you!" She yelled as they both laughed and I smacked Kols arm and he looked at me for the first time sense I got here but I just continued walking to Bekah

"Hey Bek-" I cut myself off when I looked at her "you looked like a car ran you over" I said pointing at her and she smiled and shrugged

"No, no! You didn't!" I said all gossipy "with who?" I asked all giddy

"Damon" oh damn that just ruined it

"Ew you realize he technically is my brother right?" I asked her

"You realize I technically don't care right?" She mocked and I stuck my tongue out

"I can't stay I have to grab my phone and meet my friend at the grill" I ran upstairs and found my phone ran back downstairs and said my goodbye to Bekah and left to the Grill

When I walked in I saw Kol and Klaus at the bar and when Kol saw me his smirk turned into a smile but I pretended to not notice them as I walked over to Tyler (I don't actually remember where he was in this episode so sorry) and sat across him and I heard the brothers talking

"You fancy her don't you?" Klaus asked

"How could I not she's stunning" I smiled at that and tuned out

"Hey Ty" I smiled and he looked up from his phone

"Hey jas I'm so sorry but something just came up and it's super important" Tyler doesn't know I'm a vampire and he doesn't know I know he's a werewolf

"Have fun wolfy" I smiled at his scared expression before walking outside and running into Caroline

"Jasmine?" She questioned as she looked at me wondering why I was here

"Ok you guys are complete idiots I know your planning something but I'm not even gonna ask" I said with my hands up

"Hey can you just wait right here until me and Klaus walk out if we don't walk out together wait for him to come out then go back in and spy on Kol, ok?" She asked

"But I like Kol I don't want to do that!" I explained

"To bad" she said before she walked in about 5 or 10 minutes later she and Klaus came walking out so I went inside and looked around and my eyes landed on Kol flirting with Alarics girlfriend

I will admit it hurt me a whole lot to see that when he looked up he caught sight of me in the doorway looking at him like he just killed my puppy

I looked away quickly wiping a stray tear and running outside in the cold. I didn't get far because Kol appeared in front of me "leave me alone Kol" I said moving past him only for him to grab my arm

"Why are you so sad?" He questioned and I just ignored him "did seeing me flirt with another girl hurt you? Well news flash darling I don't care about you feelings so get over it"

I scoffed as more tears came unwilling down my cheek and I turned to face him

"Yes I'm so sorry that it hurt me to see that! I'm so sorry that I liked you! I'm so sorry that I fell for you soo quickly! But I'm more sorry and disappointed in myself for falling for you, for hurting over you, and I'm so ashamed in myself that you made me like you so quickly!" I yelled at him as my tears fell uncontrollably

Kol just looked at me like I told him something so important that he was scared I was lying

"Y-you fell for me?" He asked softly

I scoffed again "really out of al of that, that's the one thing you pay attention-" I was cut off by him kissing me I was frozen for a few minutes before I kissed him back. He moved his hands to both sides of my face as mine rested around his neck he soon pulled away smiling a genuine smile

"I fell for you too" he spoke softly and I smiled but our sweet moment was short lived as Kol was daggered by someone behind him and he started to fall down

"Kol!" I yelled holding his head in my lap and soon Klaus came running down the stairs as he saw Damon was the one who daggered him (right???) he picked Kol up and flung him over his shoulder and grabbed my hand helping me up

He looked over at Damon and started talking "leave Jasmine" Damon demanded

"No, I'm going with them" I said and we started to walk away from the scene

As soon as we got back Klaus pulled the dagger out of Kol and layer him down on his bed and I sat in the chair next to Kols bed waiting for him to wake up. I looked at his hand and it looked so pale, I grabbed his hand in mine and laid my head on the edge of the bed

About 10 minutes later Kol woke up jolting straight up and looking around quickly when his eyes landed on me "what happened?" He asked

"Damon" I said and Kol looked around one more time before I yawned "I should probably go home I'm getting pretty tired" I said getting up

"No stay. I heard you could crash if you drive tired" he said smirking and I laughed

"Ok" I said softly sitting back in the chair

"What are you doing?" He asked me and I looked at him weirdly "your not sleeping in the chair" he scooted over to make room for me and I hesitantly got in next to him but with my back facing him

"Goodnight darling" he whispered

"Goodnight" I smiled as I felt his arm snake around my waist holding me kind of protectively
