18. Life before death

In the little while Kol has been back things turned to crap the witches were haunting Kol making him crazy for blood

Davina had showed him the bar that her and Jasmine go to and it helped suppress his hunger for a little while before it became to much and left without a word to Jasmine or Davina

Lucien who was an enhanced vampire bit Camille and she was slowly dying so she was spending as much time as she could with Klaus

Jasmine had been by Camilles side with Klaus Elijah and Freya watching over her with sad eyes as she watched her friend die

Davina had been talking to Lucien about what Jasmine didn't know and she didn't care Kol had left her and she was losing another person in her life

Hours had gone by and they couldn't do anything for an enhanced vampire bit couldn't be cured

Klaus had decided to go into her head for her final moments and Jasmine asked if she could stay and Klaus let her

Klaus would look at her worriedly a few times glancing at Camille and Jasmine knew she was close to death

After a few more moments Jasmine stood up a hand to her mouth as she watched Camille turn grey with veins running up and down her body

Jasmine sank to the floor tears slipping from her eyes before she got up quickly before charging out of the house sobs escaping her mouth as she tried to find where Davina had gone

Jasmine ran into almost every place she thought Davina would be in before finding the old bar that Camille used to work in

Jasmine froze in her spot her mouth wide open as she watched Kol drain her of her blood before realizing what he had done

"Ah! Davina" Jasmine screamed everything in the bar shaking as she dropped to her knees

She knew she was going to lose Camille she knew she was going to lose more people but she thought it would be years away not moments later

After awhile of screaming and crying Jasmine crawled her way to Davina cradling her head in her lap as Kol sat down in front of her not wanting Jasmine to explode

"Davina please wake up, please. You're my best friend I can't lose you" Jasmine cried laying her forehead on Davina before hearing footsteps storming towards Kol

"What are you doing here?!" Marcel pointed a finger at Kol as he stood up

Marcel glared at him before pushing past him to where Jasmine was sitting with Davina and he knelt down putting a hand on Jasmines shoulder making her look up and he could see the tears running down her face

Jasmine looked down at Davina before Marcel grabbed her head pulling it closer to his as he cried not wanting to believe it was true

"I was out of my head! I never would of hurt her! I tried to make it stop I made her dagger me nothing worked!" Kol explained quilt running through his body at the sight of how broken Jasmine was

Marcel layed Davinas head back in Jasmines lap before slowly standing up and glaring at Kol. Marcel walked close to him before shoving him back then punching him in the face knocking Kol to the ground

"I'm sorry, I swear I'm sorry" Kol said not getting up and Marcel looked back at Jasmine and Davina before facing Kol again

"Get up! Get up! This is New Orleans witch spirits can be brought back from the dead and that is exactly what we are going to do. We are going to bring her back!" Marcel yelled and Jasmine looked up at him letting a little bit of hope in.
