The doctor let out a big sigh

"How is she doctor?" Jin asked

"She's fine for now but we need to do the operation quickly as possible but I'm sad to tell you that we only have 40% chance of her to live"the doctor said

"We'll do anything doctor"Namjoon said

"Well, we will, I need to go now and you can check her, she's inside"the doctor said as he left the boys

The boys let out a sigh and entered your room, they found you laying at the bed lifelessly, Once Taehyung got in, he quickly hugged you and cried

"Y/N, I don't want to lose you, you're my everything, I'm sorry for the things that I have done, I hope you forgive me, I was unconscious that night, I'm sorry if I ever let you feel unloved, I hope you forgive me and let us start all over again please, i want to go back at the times where you were energetic and fully wrapped in my arms, I miss the days that you wake up in the morning to prepare me breakfast, I miss the times you were smiling because of my silliness, I miss you, please don't leave me, I don't know what to do if you do"Taehyung said

The guys at the back were silently crying because of the scene infront if them

Then you suddenly opened your eyes

"Y/N"Taehyung said

You weakly smiled and wiped his tears away

"Be strong"Taehyung said

You shook your head

"No, be strong Y/N!"Taehyung said

"Tae"you weakly said

He was just waiting for you to continue your words

"I can't take the operation, you must accept the fact that I'm going to die, don't worry, I'll never leave your side and don't be scared to love someone else, I'll support you and guide you from the above, your the best thing that happened to me, I hope you fine a girl that will make you happy as much as I do, I love you Tae-"she was cut off by the monitor, Taehyung quickly followed the sound and saw your heartbeat getting straight, the boys started to panic, they called the doctor and the doctor quickly pushed the boys away from the room, the doctor was there for about 30 minutes and later, he came out of the emergency room and looked at the boys

Years later............
"Oppa, it's your anniversary today"the girl said

"Ne"Taehyung said as he stares at your grave

"Oppa, you love her so much do you?"the girl asked

Taehyung smiled and kneeled down to gently place the flowers at your grave

"She was my everything"Taehyung said

"Oppa, talk to her and I'll go and wander off somewhere"the girl said

Taehyung smiled and turned his attention to you

"Y/N, I already saw the girl you've been telling me about, she makes me happy, and she also resembles you and you're personality, I'm also glad because she supports me, she never left my side, it is our anniversary today, I brought flowers for you, it's been a year and I still miss you, I hope you're happy wherever you are right now, and you know what?, Jungkook got a girlfriend, her name was Angel, they resemble the two of us, ofcourse except for the fights -chuckles-, I know you're always there beside me, I miss you Y/N, I love you"Taehyung said as he shred his tears

You were watching him cry infront of your grave, you were crying too but you're also happy for him

You walked over to him and hugged him, you felt him flinched a little bit minutes later he calmed knowing that you're there beside him

He smiled

"Saranghae Y/N"Taehyung whispered

"Nado Saranghae Taehyung"you replied knowing that he won't hear you
