Part 4: Riley's Diary

Five months later...

Dear diary,
Hey! It's Riley! Sorry I haven't written since the first month of school. It's high school, you know, so I've been busy. Well, it's December now, which means it's almost Christmas! yay! Maya's good, actually. She's been getting good grades, and she hasn't gotten detention for like the past four months. Yay! I'm really happy for her. Farkle and Smakcle are smart and strong as always, and yes, they are still together. As for Miles, hmmmmmm. Let's just say,he's with our group now and we all are now great friends (yah, he now sometimes climbs into my room too, haha). He's like another Lucas, but you know, he'll never replace him. I actually miss Lucas. Oh well. I have a secret that only Maya knows. I'm gonna write it down, then I'm gonna regret it. Ok. Here goes. Dot dot dot.
I think I have feelings for Miles.
There. I said it. Ever since the second month of school, I think.
And I talked to Maya about this, and I can tell she doesn't have feelings for him. Well, doesn't have feelings YET. I have to say yet because you never know. She developed feelings for Lucas after knowing him for one year. I had feelings for Lucas when I first met him. Oh well. Miles doesn't know yet. There's a but. Yes. Why is there a but. One word. Maya. She thinks he has feeling for me too. But I'm also still confused, because I really don't know if I still have feelings for Lucas. I think I'll only know if I see him again. I don't know when that will happen though. I'm gonna get through this, Maya will help me, I'm strong. Oh, I hear someone climbing in. Till next time.
