*Hayden's POV*

Wes is on his way here and I couldn't be more excited.

I haven't seen him in a month and I was starting to miss him more than ever.

He's only here for the weekend so I figured I was gunna make the most out of it, and when I mentioned I was dating someone new, Wes insisted he had to meet him.

I agreed, so now, Aaron's coming over too.

Aaron will be here first, at my suggestion, so that's who I'm waiting for.

I go into the kitchen where my mom sits, and I guess she can tell how excited I am because she smiles wide when she sees me.

"Excited?" She asks.

"Yes! I can barely sit still!"

"That explains your jumping." She laughs.

"It's just that I haven't seen him in a while and I missed him!"

"I know! It's great how he comes to visit."

I nod.

"I'm grateful."

"Is Aaron coming over as well?"

"Yeah, he should be here any minute now."

"We still haven't had a meet the parents."

"I know. Meeting Wes is kind of like a practice run through."

"You're spending a lot of time with him, I'd like to know him better."

"I'll set something up as soon as possible." I say, just as the doorbell rings.

"That's Aaron!"

I open the door and let him in.

"Hey."

"Hi."

"Let's go to my room. Wes will be here soon."

He nods and we go upstairs.

"Okay. So do you want me to be honest?" Is the first thing Aaron asks me once we enter my room.

"Um.. Yes?" I say, confused.

"With Wes, I mean. I don't have the best record."

"Oh. If it comes up, don't lie about it. But stay away from mentioning it yourself."

"I can do that."

"He's not shy. He's openly gay too, so don't feel weird if he jokes about something." I say, chuckling as I imagine Wes flirting with Aaron.

"I'm with you, he'll know that."

"Yes, of course. But he's a free spirit. You'll love him though. Trust me."

-------

After another 10 minutes of telling Aaron about Wes, and losing my patience with my excitement taking over, the doorbell rings and I'm out of my seat in seconds.

I rush downstairs and throw the door open.

"Wes!" I immediately go in for a hug which he returns.

"Hey Hay!" He laughs into my hair as I'm still holding onto him.

I don't wanna let go but he hasn't even come in yet.

"Come in! I can't believe you're here!"

"All weekend baby!"

"I missed you like crazy!"

"Me too! I couldn't get here fast enough!"

"We have time, it's okay."

"It's never enough."

I sigh.

"I'm just happy to see you." I say, hugging him again, not being able to control myself.

"Holy crap." Wes says, and I turn around to see what he's looking at.

Aaron.

I burst into laughter at his expression.

"Wes, this is Aaron. My boyfriend."

"My my, how you've done well. I approve."

"Hey man." Aaron sticks out a hand, which Wes excitedly takes.

"This is the infamous bad boy? Doesn't look like much." Wes teases.

"Don't push me." Aaron says, though he's smiling.

"So where's the interrogation taking place?"

Aaron looks at him with a blank face.

"You didn't think I was gunna let you date my best friend without going through me first, did you?"

"Hayden warned me." Aaron shrugs.

"I did." I say.

"Fair enough. Wanna go downstairs? Or your room?"

"We were in my room before you came." I say, and Wes smirks.

"Not like that. Why do guys always assume sex?"

"It's a need, baby."

"Well, were just talking. Nothing else."

"You're game is weak." Wes tells Aaron, who just smiles.

"Do you know how stubborn your best friend is?"

"Hm.. That's true. Girl, you need to loosen up!"

I shake my head.

"Let's just go downstairs." I conclude.

They agree.

We make our down and Wes sits on the opposite couch to Aaron.

Not sure where I should go, I take a seat in the middle.

"So Aaron. Tell me about yourself."

And it begins...
