Chapter Forty-Five: The Half-Blood Prince
Harry sprinted after them and I followed.
"He trusted you!" he yelled after Snape and shot a spell towards him. The spell hit Hagrid's house and it burst into flames. Draco looked at me with worry before running off towards Bellatrix.
"How could you? You won't even fight back, you coward!" I shouted at him and Bellatrix hit me with a spell. I fell back at the ground.
"They belong to the Dark Lord!" Snape yelled at Bellatrix and she jumps off. I grab my side and Harry pulls me over. Harry got up and jumped towards him.
"Sectumsempra!" he yelled and was flung back next to me.
"How dare you use my own spells against me?" my eyes went wide.
"That's right, I'm the Half-Blood Prince!" he kicked Harry's and my wand away. I grabbed my arm as Harry helped me up and towards the castle.
"Hermione-"
My eyes watered as I saw Dumbledore lying on the ground.
"This isn't yours or Harry's fault, Maddie." Hermione set her hand on my shoulder.
"I could have- I should have- stopped it." Harry shook his head and pulled my head onto his shoulder.
Professor McGonagal lit her wand and raised it followed by everyone. I picked my wand out of my pocket and did the same.
"Harry, you meant a great deal to him." McGonagall nodded and Harry continued.
"We still have each other." I forced a smile and grabbed Harry's hand. He grabbed Hermione's and Ron grabbed hers.
"Together."
All these characters belong to J.K. Rowling. All credit goes to her for some of the plot and all of setting (characters, etc.) I made Maddie Weasley, that is it. I am just a girl who wants to write fanfictions.
Happy Holidays!
Rest In Piece, Professor..
Sorry for the really short ending for this one. It ended up the wrong amt. but there will be more. I love you and hope you're looking forward to the Deathly Hallows.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
