James- James wraps around you from behind, keeping you as close as he can, and his arms trap you against him. Your legs always are tangled together when you wake up!
Sirius- Sirius sleeps on his back with you huddled into him. He always places one hand around the back of your head, cradling it, and the other on the curve in your hip. You rest your head on his chest.
Remus- You and Remus hug each other when you sleep, both of your arms are wrapped tightly around each other, your legs intertwined with the other's. He always rests his chin on your head, and you burry your face either in his chest or at the top of his collarbone.
