I woke up with Landon nuzzling my neck.

"It's almost 12 baby I have to go "he  whispered in  my ear.

"I'm not stopping you"

His arms were gone from my waist in an instant. Getting up he went to shower and came out dressed.
He looked at me but I tear my eyes away from his.

"I'll be back soon"

I don't reply.

Instead of growing at me he leaves.
Maybe I'm being mean when he's trying to be nice but he deserves it. He can't control me all the freking  time.

The mark was itching again. I wanted him to kiss it and take it away but I knew I wouldn't have the courage to.
I spent the day looking out of the window, checking all the outfits in the closet. I even went through his closet which I shouldn't have as he'd probably smell that.
Someone brought in food and I ate and then I looked out of the window again. The mark was burning now and i was getting frustrated

"Kitten "

Before I could turn around big warm arms wrapped them selves around me and picked me up.

"Hi"I say

He kisses my mark and the pain fades away.

"Relax yourself"

"Im fine"

"No I know the mark is burning you"

"Then you shouldn't have given it"I say

Putting me down he sighs.

"You know I'm trying to control myself but you keep pushing me"
I don't look at him. I keep staring out in to the ever green forest.

"Scarlett"

"What" I mumble.

"Why won't you cooperate" he growls.

I don't answer.

"Look at me"

I don't turn.

"Now"he shouts.

I turn avoiding his eyes keeping my face as emotionless as possible
Maybe he should have a taste of his own medicine.
Grabbing my chin he pulls my face up gently.

"Look at me"

I don't

"Baby look at me"

I look in to his eyes and I see some emotion in them. Maybe he does care for me .

"I could have publicly punished you for what you did but I didn't"

I frown. Is that what he wanted to say instead of apologizing .

"I could have set an example for all everyone by giving you the punishment you deserved."

How can he be so ... Agh I'm soo mad.
How could I have thought he cared for me when all he wants is to make examples.
Pulling my face away from his hand I move back.
"Go ahead and satisfy your self. Make all the examples you want."
