"S-su-Sugawara-senpai... ano.." she called out to him
He felt a little shiver run through his skin when he heard her tiny voice calling out his name, but he managed to answer properly
"Hmm? Yes, [L/N]-chan?"
The third-year turned to his little Kouhai who seemed to be thinking about what to say next
While he looked perfectly calm on the outside, there was a giant tornado brewing inside
His hazel eyes looked at her tiny figure in the dim-lit room. His orbs looked at her fingers that seemed to be fidgeting and continued to run his vision up the tip of her hair to her eyes. Automatically, his arm reached up and ran his fingers down a chunk of her soft [H/C] strands.
"Wh-Wha-what are you doing?!" she took a step back and seemed to look much redder than before
'YEAH, WHAT AM I DOING?!?!' Kōshi panicked in his head
"Oh uh, there was something on your hair" he blurted out
'Seriously, Kōshi?? What is wrong with you...'
Anyways, he remembered that she called out to him
"Su-Sugawara-senpai... C-Can.. can I be your friend?"
He could hear the nervousness in her voice, he just wanted to squeeze her up in his arms and tell her to calm down because she was getting too cute for him to handle
"No.. I'm sorry" he answered
'I want to be more than friends, [L/N]-chan'
But the poor boy couldn't say it....
"You're already one of my best-friends, [L/N]-chan!" he smiled and patted her head before walking out of the room

"Kōshi.... Are you serious? BEST-FRIENDS??" He could hear Daichi's irritated voice in the phone call
"Am- I'm sorry..." he mentally sobbed
