▶︎ Physical Contact

  She stared hard at her phone screen. Hard enough that Tanaka and Nishinoya noticed.

"What's up, [F/N]-chan?"

The girl snapped out of her trance and looked at her two upper-classmates

"Senpai... What would you do if a girl suddenly holds your hand?" 

"Eh?"

Tears of happiness started rolling down their faces like a waterfall

"[F/N]-chan!"

They both put one hand on her shoulders

"HOLDING HANDS WITH A GIRL IS ONE OF THE GREATEST GIFTS OF LIFEE!!"

The two boys said it in unison and she sweat-dropped

They said it was a gift.. How do I just hold his hand? Wait, but 'physical contact' could be just a simple touch right? 

She basically spent the whole day thinking about it and didn't really realise that she was spacing out and attracting attention from her friends

"Senpai, What's wrong with [F/N]-san?"

The black-haired setter questioned as he took a drink in between the practice

"I dunno, she seems a little.... space out" Tanaka shrugged 

"She was asking us about holding hands and stuff earlier" 

Holding hands? Kageyama mentally repeated

He watched her stare just following his upper-classmate setter and he put a palm on her head and ruffled her [H/C] hair

"Ah, Kageyama-kun! What are you doing?!" [F/N] was startled

"You're watching Senpai like an owl, it's getting creepy"

"Gehh, you're starting to sound like Tsukki" she gave him an annoyed look

"Because it's true"

"Shut up!"

While the two were having a little conversation, Kōshi looked over at the two, feeling jealous

Practice ended. [F/N] finished helping out to pack so excused herself and rushed out the double-doors with her bag, forgetting to say good-bye to her Senpai 

Kōshi felt neglected the whole day

Everyone was going to take a detour to get some pork buns but she remembered that she forgot to feed her [Pet] [P/N] this morning

Her little legs quickly strode out the gates but then a warm hand caught her arm

"W-wait!" 

She knew who it was and she quickly turned around

"S-senpai?" 

"A-are you not going to come with us today?" he asked

"Ahh, I'm so sorry but I forgot to feed my [Pet]" she apologetically smiled

"It's... it's getting late, I'll go with you" he offered with that heavenly smile of his

"Really?? I mean if you don't mind then...."

"Great, let's go~" 

He grabbed her hand and started walking 

S-s-s-s-senpai is holding my h-h-hand!!??!!

She was hesitant at first but then she followed

That night, her hand still felt tingly and awfully warm
