Person A gets in a horrible car accident, leaving them with many injuries and a coma. Person B stays with them and visits them every day. Eventually, things lead up to the point where A has to be taken off of life support. B says loving words and whatnot to A, who wakes up in time to hear everything but pretends to be out until B stops. A smiles up at B and tells them "thank you", and A and B spend some time together crying tears of joy. 💜
