It's funny to think that sometimes when you look back on all the things that used to make you happy, you find that they never really mattered. Perhaps, in retrospect, you should have put yourself first. Perhaps you shouldn't have let so many people hurt you and take advantage of you. Perhaps you shouldn't have settled for less, and perhaps you should have realized that you were worth more than what others put you through.
Perhaps you saw it coming from a million miles away.
Perhaps you did it anyway, knowing you would be hurt in the end.
