Deserving
Most of the time we ask ourselves,
Are we deserving or not?
Do we deserve to be loved by someone?
Do we deserve to be loved without bounds?
Do we deserve to be loved unconditionally?
Or do we deserve being loved by whoever?
No one deserved anything at all
Because we are all imperfect being
But when another imperfect being loves and gives his heart
To someone who doesn't deserve it,
She becomes deserving,
Deserving of his love,
Deserving of his family,
and deserving of him as a whole
This is my story of giving my whole,
my love, my life, my family, my heart, my attention
who I am, what I am, what I can do, and what imperfections that I had
all that she deserves, for she deserves to be loved by an imperfect being
to make her complete, to make her whole, to make her feel cared,
to make her feel cherished.
And even if she says she doesn't deserve me,
All I can say is that she does deserve me,
she deserves what I have, she deserves anything that I am
Because she is loved by me, another imperfect being
to complete her, for the Grace of GOD
I make her feel deserving of all the things she thinks she doesn't deserve.
