Stepping stones
Life is difficult, it is like crossing a river
When the river is deep, we look for another way to cross it
When we finally find a way to cross it, the water can also be bothersome
Stepping stones are a way to get through without getting wet in the process.
Life can be difficult, and stepping stones are solutions
Because for every problem, there's always a solution
A solution to either make it better, or to find another way
To get a better life than it is used to be
Most of the time, people think that moving away is the way
But there are times that remaining, even though it's difficult
Is what can prove somebody's worth
For trying is the best possible way
Than walking away but living a life full of regrets in the end.
Love can be harsh, full of pain
But love can be sweet once we endured and passed the pain
For each day we live in pain, is an experience we get to learn
To make us better, a better person to the one we love
Stand firm, stand brave
For each moment we live
We change ourselves
and when that change comes,
God is the one who will make the way
To let the ones we love, that we have made it
