Mia rearranged Ellie, kissing Ellie’s neck as she did, so Ellie hardly noticed she was being moved around through a daze of pleasure. Mia slid herself over, until they were both on the bed again, and then twisted herself free of Ellie.

Ellie was still sitting mostly upright, still tangled in Mia’s lap, between her legs, which seemed to be where Mia wanted her.

“Lean back.” Mia whispered, and pushed against Ellie until they were both leaning away from each other, until Mia was almost lying down, as far away from Ellie as she could be. Their legs were still entwined, on either side of the other’s, but now they were only touching there, along the sides of their legs and where their legs met.

Now they weren’t able to hug and kiss any more.

Ellie opened her eyes, and waited. She was paying attention again, now Mia wasn’t kissing her neck. She was curious, not sure what would happen next.

She waited, and then Mia began to move.

She moved her pussy against Ellie’s, and pressed her hand onto Ellie too, and Ellie sighed, and watched, and wanted to tell Mia it was good.

It was very good. As sex, Ellie thought, as just the part of it about the feelings in her pussy, it felt wonderful. It was better than sitting up had been a moment ago. It was good, but oddly, Ellie found she didn’t like it as much. She felt too far away from Mia. She felt far apart, and out of touch, unable to stroke and hold and kiss.

That surprised her.

Sex was sex, she would have thought, and all about her pussy, and what she felt there, and touching with her hands and mouth shouldn’t really matter. Except that apparently it did. Apparently she liked being close to Mia, and holding Mia, and pressing herself against Mia, and that was quite a surprise to her.

This wasn’t the sex she wanted to have right now, Ellie realized. It felt good. It felt very good. But it wasn’t right. It felt more like clever and kinky than what she actually wanted to do.

She didn’t quite know what to make of that, so she decided to worry about it later.

“Um,” she said. “Maybe next?”

“You don’t like it?” Mia said.

Ellie hesitated, not sure if she should explain. Not sure if it was terribly rude to say how she felt, when Mia was trying so hard to make this good for her.

“I like it heaps,” Ellie said. “But I think I’m in the wrong mood.”

Mia looked at her.

“I want to be closer to you,” Ellie said.

Mia smiled. “You want to kiss?”

“Not kiss, exactly…”

“Touch?”

Ellie nodded. “Press together. Hold each other. Is that terrible?”

“No.”

“I feel like… I don’t know. I’m all wanting to be hugging and you might want to just fuck my brains out.”

Mia grinned. “I did.”

“I know, you so did. But still…” Ellie was worried. “Is it weird I want to be all huggy?”

“Not at all. Me too, sometimes.”

“Sometimes?”

Mia grinned, and looked at Ellie, and said softly, “Like now.”

That was enough.

Ellie sat up. She lunged, and grabbed Mia’s hand, and pulled herself up with Mia’s arm until she was sitting upright again. It was a bit ungainly, and it shifted their bodies apart so they weren’t sliding against each other any more, but Ellie didn’t care.
