In the quiet do I abide
In solitude my vigilance
A gradual moment crawling by
As I feel waning o'er my eye
And all these colors pigments of
A patience I have now misplaced
The sound of empty sitting still
While in my mind I groan and pace
What will take the turning world
And delay the axis' way
None other than the lonely room
The void in which I wait
