Now that Erica has someone special to her in her life things have been going well for her. A week ago she moved out of the house to get space and sort herself out.
Of course Isaiah didn't agree with this at all because he still had so much hope that they would get back together, but he respected her boundaries.
"I think that's the last box." Erica told Kane after he but the last flat box in the trash. "I guess it's official, babe." He replied coming back in after taking the boxes outside.
Erica had finally settled into her new home with the help of her friends and mostly Kane. "Come here." He smiled kissing her lips. "You so fine man I swear." He mumbled into her ear.
Soft giggles filled the air.
To Erica it felt like forever since she actually got a compliment or felt happy for that matter. Not remembering what her and Isaiah had stressed her out and pushed her away somewhat.
In her mind she felt like if she couldn't remember important parts of their relationship then it wasn't meant to be. Who could blame her? Kane made her happy at this moment and Erica was all about living in the moment every since she almost didn't make it.
"You so handsome." Erica whispered in his ear as they sat on the couch watching tv. "You telling me something I already know." he shrugged. "Nigga you get on my nerves. Every time I give you a compliment you always do that dumb shit." Erica said with clear attitude in her voice.
"You know I'm playing girl so shut up unless you want this act right." His voice hummed against her neck sending chills down her spine and a tingling sensation to her core. "I'm sorry." She whispered knowing that he was a man of his word.
Hours later..
"I'll call you before I go to bed." Kane told her after leaving a tender kiss on her full lips. "Okay, Kane be safe." Erica told him as he got in his car. After watching him leave she went back inside her new home taking everything in. Finally she was alone and in her own peace.
Kane
"King, I got some info on the light skin boy from the other week." Slim told me. "Inform me then, nigga." I laughed. "His full name is Kayden Wright. Pops name is Isaiah Wright and his ole lady name is Erica Jackson." He said. "Let me see a picture of them." I said after hearing the name Erica Jackson.
Sure enough that was her son. What the fuck he doing on the block? That lil nigga can get it all and he on the streets bangin'. I bet ole boy ain't even held a gun.
"Man, keep an eye on him." I told him. "Why? We need to murk him?" "Hell no. His Moms my lady and she don't know he doing this dumb shit." I explained. "You got a lady? The fuck?" Slim shook his head shocked. "Shut yo ass up nigga." I smiled at this damn fool.

After I left the trap house I went home and chilled thinking about it I should tell Erica that her son out here running the streets. Ion want nun to happen to the lil nigga so I guess I'll tell her tomorrow when I go see her.
After getting out the shower I called Karly on faceTime.

"Hey princess." I smiled. "Hey daddy!" she smiled looking into the camera.
5 or 6 minutes later it was her bedtime and she has to go. "I love you, princess." I blew a kiss. "I love you too, daddy." She giggled at my faces and then we hung up.
Sometimes I hate that I have to run this business. I can't spend as much time with my daughter because her mom doesn't like it that's another reason why we aren't together.
Now I was laying in bed thinking about Erica and how I could tell her that Kayden was in the streets without telling her that I was a kingpin.
Just as I closed my eyes my phone buzzed with a text message from Erica.
Baby 💕: Hey Baby. I was just thinking about you before I went to sleep. I can't wait to see you tomorrow. 💦💦
Daddy Kane 💪💦: ight girl don't start nothing you can't finish. Cuz I'll dick you down.
I responded back to her. We texted for about four more minutes until I got sleepy and told her goodnight.
Then I let sleep takeover.
