Chapter 19. New Addition.

Sky's P.O.V

I waited ti'll it was dark and I stared to gear up. I felt Luke watching my every move,

"Is something wrong?" I asked still getting geared up.

"What exactly are you guys gonna do?"

I stopped thinking of it and shook my head and sighed,

"Go for a hunt of course, he is a vampire and he does hunger for blood so that's what we'll do. I'll be fine."

Luke walked over to me and I felt shivers go up my spine. I looked up at me and he gently held my face,

"I know you will, you are the first person to wipe out half my pack but I still worry a lot cause you're my mate and I want you to know I care for you even when we fight I still care. You can slaughter the whole world and I'll still be by your side."

"Really?"

"Well that last part I won't let you go that far."

I chuckled and he looked surprised. I stood up looking at the time,

"Well I should go I don't wanna keep him waiting for long."

He nodded and walked me out where Vincent was waiting leaned outside the door. Luke growled at him grabbing him,

"You better protect her I don't want a single scratch."

"Yes your highness," Vincent smirked.

We walked into the woods and I felt my heart pound as we got closer to the town. 

"You seem nervous for once," Vincent mumbled.

"What do you except the last time we done this is when I was like Ten. And I didn't like the sight I saw."

"My bad darling, didn't mean to scare you but you're older now. And you have seen more brutal stuff."

I nodded. We got to the city and I looked over to Vincent. He nodded and we split up crashing into peoples houses. I scared them out where they all gathered and Vincent took what he wanted outside. I smashed into one house and walked into a room. It was a baby room. I looked over to the Crib to see a small baby,

I was never a fan of slaughtering babies. I never really slaughtered a family like this except when  it needed to be done. I heard footsteps behind me and saw a lady. She got down on her knees,

"Please don't kill my child," she cried.

I walked over to her sensing her fear that I would feed of from but instead I got down to where she could see me. I pressed my finger over my lips.

"Who else lives here," I whispered.

"It's just me and m-my baby," she stuttered.

"Get your baby and hide, I don't mean harm just something I have to do."

She nodded and hid in a closet. I destroyed the rooms to make it seem as if the job was done. Vincent came in with a smirk,

"This was fun," he chuckled.

His chuckled died down when he sniffed,

"Your heart is turning very warm Darling, who are you sparing."

"You know I'm not the one to slaughter babies."

He walked into the room and opened the closet reveling the mother and the baby. She looked so scared. Vincent smirked,

"Well I don't mind."

I pushed him away,

"You already ate! You don't need more leave them alone."

"You disgust me Darling," he yelled.

"Well good! I'm not the one to be liked I don't care if I'm hated by anyone, I never asked for you to come back," I yelled.

He glared at me. He took a step closer, I pulled out my Katana. He stared at it,

"I will kill you Jupiter and I will have no regrets especially now."

"You can kill Jupiter all you want Darling but you can't kill me," Vincent smirked.

I glared at him,

"Jupiter."

"Bastar-" before he could finished Jupiter's eyes appeared.

"You know he's gonna be pissed when you call him again."

"I won't ever call him. He can die inside you for all I care," I grumbled.

I turned to the mother and the baby. I sighed and helped the mother up. 

"Jupiter carry the mother were taking her to our pack."

Jupiter sighed and carried the mother bridal style. 

"Where are you taking me," she asked.

"To a new home where you'll be cared along with your baby."

It was quiet for awhile.

"B-But aren't you the assassin that the towns afraid of. I heard so many rumors that you're a terrible person."

I smirked.

"Well I take request and some of those request are brutal. But in reality I'm not the terrible person that town is giving me the money to do it."

Jupiter chuckled,

"Wow, never thought of it that way. Well said Darling."

We reached the pack house and greeted by guards. We walked in where Luke waited. He smiled as soon as he saw me. Then he looked over to the lady. Jupiter placed her down and she looked up at Luke.

"Who's this," Luke asked turning to me.

"A new member of the family."

Luke raised his eyebrow at me.

"Look I don't like slaughtering babies and so I thought I would bring her here where she will get cared for, then staying over there and they live in fear."

Luke looked at me surprised,

"Come on Luke," I smirked.

His eyes turned dark,

"Hmmmm, fine. Chester."

Suddenly Chester appeared. 

"Take these two and get them checked up and find them a room for them to stay."

"Yes Alpha. Follow me ma'am."

I sighed. Jupiter left leaving me and Luke alone
