Plot #3-Break Out

Kylla grew up alone. Surrounded by people, yet alone. No matter how hard she attempted to blend in with her peers, she found herself unable to, each attempt only dragging her deeper and deeper into an eternal pit of embarrassment.
One day, while she is alone, as usual, tramping through the woods surrounding her secluded home, she comes across a strange chest half-buried in the ground. Upon further investigation, she discovers a book, full with strange pictures, runes, and even some latin. She takes the book home and hides it under her pillow, her intent being to study it as throughly as possible.
However, as fate would have it, she barely gets past the first page.
When the book is stolen from her bookbag while at school, Kylla encounters for the first time the strange, mysterious new boy, a boy who seems to have a secret-One connected to the book. That night, he appears on her doorstep, clothes smoldering, a wild look in his eyes, the book clutched in his hands.
Kylla has to uncover the secret of the book, and the boy, fast, lest she die trying.
