Amanda Waller strutted into the conference room, Rick Flag only slightly behind her, to her right. Pushing the doors open, she walked past the elderly gentlemen whom made the majority of the board. When she reached the front of the room, the attendees stood from their chairs, Waller nodded, and it was a sign of respect, respect that she deserved. Admiral Burns was the first to speak, sitting down rigidly in his chair as he did so,

"Good afternoon, Ms Waller. I am under the impression that you have requested our presence today in order to discuss the newest member of Task Force X", Waller nodded whilst gesturing for flag to set up the projector,

"That is correct, Admiral. As I'm sure you all are aware, Christopher Weiss, otherwise known by his alias, Slipknot, is dead. We were forced to terminate him during the first mission due to him rebelling against us. Because of this, Task Force X is now a member down." Waller pulled a huge folder, its bindings slitting from overuse, onto the desk, filled with information on the most dangerous humans on the planet. An important looking gentleman towards the back of the room spoke suddenly, interrupting the heavy silence,

"And whom do you propose to be a suitable candidate?" Amanda scanned the room, her eyes sternly setting on the man. She pulled out a certain file and flung it onto the circular table in front of her, as Flag made an image appear on the screen behind Waller's head.

"Charlotte O'Brian," Amanda Waller stated, giving the mug shot behind her a withering glance as she continued,

"Caucasian, aged twenty-eight, female. Originally from London, England. She moved to America when Oswald Cobblepot hired her to be his personal assassin, uses the alias of the Scarlett Ghost. She currently resides in Belle Reve Penitentiary for aggravated assault, homicide and armed robbery, among other things. However, as I've said before, everyone has a weakness, and a weakness can be leverage. And she has weaknesses. She's narcissistic, impulsive and provocative. But she is sane, despite what she'd have you believe, she's extremely intelligent and experienced. But what we can use to our advantage the most is that she is exceptionally loyal to her friends, and luckily for us, one of her friends is already a current member of Task Force X, Harleen Quinzel."

Around the room, the men took turns in reading her file, nodding and murmuring in agreement to what the woman had said. A younger, newer looking man looked shocked when he read about her abilities,

"This can't be right, Telekinesis? It's impossible, absurd-" Waller cut him off sharply,

"I hope for your sake that you are not calling me a liar, Captain Smith, for I can assure you that Telekinesis is definitely possible." Flag then changed the projection to show a video of Charlotte, straining to lift the slab of concrete she was given as a challenge the day before, the entire room went silent.

"As you can see, her abilities are limited, like any other. However, I'm sure you would agree that, regardless, they are extraordinary." Soon after, a consensus was formed almost unanimously, Charlotte O'Brian, the Scarlett Ghost, would be the newest member of Task Force X.
