The Rain. It's, crisper.
It's all blue black for me. For me.
He's not real! Your not real!
Remember me.

"Do you know when he's going to wake up?"
"We're still not sure he will wake up."

My head is throbbing. My eyelids feel so heavy. I can't move or feel anything. Theres slight pain in my chest. It hurts. It hurts a lot.
"Help." I manage to whisper. "It hurts." I can't hear myself but I'm sure my voice is raspy. "Help me, please" I feel something move. A hand is gently placed on my cheek.
"Ty-Tyler?" My heart drops. I know that voice. It's Josh. No, it can't be Josh. He's not real. It can't be him. But it is.
"It hurts." I manage to whisper. "It hurts a lot."
"I know," he says. It sounds like he's almost in tears.
"I have to go get help for you, okay?" I slowly move my head as an answer. "I'll be right back, don't go anywhere." He kisses my forehead before getting up and walking out.
I still can't feel anything. Except the burning in my chest.
It only takes a few seconds before nurses burst through the door. I can hear a familiar voice outside. I think it's my parents.
"I need to see him!" My mom is yelling. "He's my son! I need to see him!" The nurses and my father are trying to calm her down.
"Tyler?" One of the nurses. "Tyler, honey can you hear me?" I attempt to say yes, but something stops me, so I just nod instead.
"Okay, good." She perks. "Can you open your eyes?" I try to open them. They open the slightest bit before getting closed again. "They feel so heavy." I whisper. "That's okay," she says. "Uh, can you move anything else? Let's start with your hands. Can you move your fingers?" I concentrate on my right hand. My index finger slightly twitches. Then my middle finger, and after a couple of minutes I can move all my fingers. "Good." She chimes.
After about half an hour, I could fully move both hands and a little bit of my arms. The got me to sit up, too. I slowly but surely opened my eyes, only to have them close again at the bright lights. They adjusted after a few minuets. "We're going to bring some people in who have been waiting to see you, okay Tyler?" I nod in response. Just seconds later my parents burst through the door.
"Tyler! Oh, Tyler" my mom. Tears stain her face. She hugs me for what seems like five minuets. "Oh, Tyler, we thought you wouldn't wake up." Wait, what? How long was I out for? It seemed like only a day.. maybe two.... "How long was I asleep for?" I blurt out. My mom looks at me with tears in her eyes. "Honey, it was almost two months." I feel like I was just hit with a ton of bricks. "Two months?" I say, my mouth gapping open. My mom nods sadly. I look up at my dad. He nods also. I stare determined at my lap. How could I be gone for two months?! Just as I was about to ask another question, a nurse stepped in. "Uh, I'm sorry to tell you, but we have to run a few more tests," she says quietly. My mom nods and looks at me. "Well, I guess we'll see you at dinner time." She says with a sad smile.
"What about Josh?" I say without thinking. My mom stares at me. "He, uh, he's in the hall. Um, I think you'll have to see him after your tests?" I nod sadly. Mom hugs me again before they both leave.
Just as I was writing this Trees came on so I'm crying rn
