This is an old design that I did a loooong time ago. I remember that day, when I was looking at a Shakira music video and saw a seemingly nice outfit. Even if it has nothing to do with what I eventually made, it was a starting point I guess.
This girl with white complexion and blond braided on a side hair wears a colorful dress and dark blue heels. The dress is made out of a dark blue with pink polka dots cotton top and rainbow long skirt made out of differently shaped, colored and textured ruffles. She does not wear any accessories, since the outfit is already complex enough.
I don't have a lot of inspiration and time, hence the usage of an old drawing. School is about to start and I need to finish my summer homework and to get organize, I am so sorry for not posting as told!
