I'd been refusing to speak to Lou for 10 minutes now since we arrived in the Great Hall. True she had taken off the silencio charm but that didn't stop me from being mad at her, although I couldn't hold it up much longer I was bursting to tell her about my prank.

"Damn it I can't ignore you anymore I need to tell you this. So stay quiet and listen."

Lou's face immediately fell into one of disappointment and she put down her cereal bar. "Please no."

"Oh, yes!" I exclaimed, a wide smile plastered on my face. "I'm going to pull the first prank for the year and it's going to be on, drum roll please,"

I paused, waiting for the drum roll, and in response was a glare and well, no drum roll.

"Fine be like that. I'm going to prank James! So do you wanna help or are you going to be a spoil sport?"

She took her glasses off her face and rubbed her eyes a bit.

"Riley don't."

"Riley do. I will do this prank so please help." I bit my lip and pulled my best puppy

"Y'know, that never actually works. I only end up joining to try prevent the damage you're going to cause." She sighed, but eventually broke in. "Fine. I'll help."

"Yes! This is going to be so much fun!" I smiled and swung an arm round her shoulders. "He won't know what hit him."

I stuck my hand into my bag and pulled out my notebook turning to the most recent page I'd written.

Plan for dyeing James Potter's hair PINK!!!

1. Get Lou to distract James for long enough for me to sneak into his room and steal his shampoo.

2. Place the charm on the shampoo for the dye to last three days.

3. Sneak back into James room again and place the bottle back.

4. Wait for him to shower and then sit back and laugh! 'MWAHAHAHAHAHA'

I slid the book so it was in front of Lou. My infamous smirk was plastered on my face once more as she read it. She closed the book and pushed the book over to me again, a large sigh escaping her lips.

"Oh come on don't be like that. It will be fun. Maybe you could even practice your flirting? Actually I wouldn't. You might scare him away with how cheesy it is."

She threateningly pointed her half-eaten cereal bar at me. "Don't push it buster. And anyway, I've organised doing some Quidditch practice with him this evening."

"OOOOOH GET IN THERE GIRL! Maybe you're not as bad as I thought you were. And well that's our distraction."

I put my hand up for a high five which she half heartedly gave me. I shook my head. "That was terrible. Again!"

This time she slapped it as hard as she could, except she missed my hand and basically high fived my face. She started crying in hysterics and pounded the table when she couldn't laugh out loud. She looked like a dying seal. I tried to sit there with a straight face but she just looked to funny so I joined in the laughing. When we finally calmed down I pulled out my sketch pad and flicked through till I got to the page I wanted. I pushed it over in front of her again like I did with my notebook.

"After I saw you flirting with James I took the liberty of drawing what your kid would like. Little Riley Potter because obviously you would name it after me."

I burst out laughing at her face again, quickly grabbing my sketch book and bag and running out the hall before she could murder me.

"RILEY ELIZABETH HUNTER! GET BACK HERE THIS INSTANT!"
